Tan Thanh Container participated in the fourth Recruitment Festival – 2013

In the morning of September 28th, 2013, the Fourth Recruitment Festival jubilantly took place at Thu Duc College of Technology - 2013. The festival attracted more than 2,000 graduates and senior students participating in the interviews - recruitments. Notably, there were 21 enterprises participating in recruitment with many job opportunities for students, including industries such as: mechanics, electricity, electronics, accounting, business administration, tourism, information technology, etc… Representative of Tan Thanh Company, Mr. Tran Van Hung, the Chairman of Trade Union, attended this event.

The fourth recruitment festival was organized by the Center of Student Consulting and Support in cooperation with the Center of Enterprise Cooperation of Thu Duc College of Technology in order to facilitate conditions for senior students, graduates who were seeking for jobs having the opportunity to meet, exchange and apply directly with employers. In addition, this event also created conditions for companies and enterprises to have the opportunity to recruit suitable employees to meet production and business requirements.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Festival, the representative of the college, Mr. Nguyen My Phi Phung - Vice President of the College expressed his thanks to enterprises for participating in the fourth recruitment festival - 2013 at Thu Duc Technology College. Implementing the motto "Always innovating for development", Thu Duc College of Technology has been promoting the "Enterprise Semester" model for both teachers and students thereof. Through the festival, the college also hopes to continue developing relationships with enterprises in training, improving the quality of human resource, linking training with practice to meet the social needs and constantly affirming the brand of the College.

As one of 21 enterprises participating in the recruitment festival, Tan Thanh Container introduced to students many suitable job opportunities that the company was in need of recruiting. The HR administration department also introduced to the students about the working environment and remuneration at the company and enthusiastically guided them in preparing job applications, preparing interviews to help them be more confident. At Tan Thanh Container, we always facilitate conditions and expect new graduates to find good jobs early, thereby quickly stabalizing their lives and careers. On this occasion, on behalf of Tan Thanh company, Mr. Tran Van Hung, the Trade Union’s President awarded 15 scholarships, worth VND 1,000,000 each to the college to support and encourage students in difficult circumstances who overcome difficulties to achieve good academic results. This is a meaningful and practical activity helping students to step firmly on the path of learning, thereby contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the country.
