On November 15th, 2014, at the meeting room of Tan Thanh Trading and Mechanic Corporation, the company's Party Cell held the Congress to elect the Secretary of the Party Cell for the term of 2015-2017.

The Party Cell of Tan Thanh Trading and Mechanic Corporation under the District Enterprise Party Committee established in September 2013 having only 5 members at the beginning, currently has only 4 Party members since 1 member moved to a local area. In which, there are 3 official members and 1 reserve member, the cell does not have a party committee level, the secretary is Mr. Kieu Cong Thanh.

In recent years, facing general difficulties of the economy, the company has faced many difficulties in production and business. From such difficulties, the Party cell has directed its members, encouraged employees to overcome difficulties, fulfill their tasks well and always pay attention to share difficulties with each other.

With the efforts of the Party Cell, with the support of the Enterprise Party Committee and the consensus of the business owners, in 2013-2014, the Party cell achieved very good results in terms of revenue and profit of the company.

Tan Thanh always pays attention to the interests of its staff, employees and partners and always has a high responsibility towards the community and the environment. The Party Cell’s strengths:

– Solidarity, consensus, efforts to overcome difficulties of the Party Committee and Party members in the Party cell; consensus, facilitating the operation of the business owners, the Board of Directors; The trust and support of officials and workers in the company which plays an important role to help (at the party committee level) the cell fulfill their assigned tasks.

– The support, guidance and help of the District Enterprise Party Committee and the related authorities which contributes to the motivation (at the party committee) for the Cell to perform (well) the task.

– The Party cell organizes activities every month according to regulations, the proportion of party members attending the meeting meets the requirement of over 80% (the rate obtained by the Party cell is 95%); (completing the assigned quota on creating sources of admission of party members); no party member violates the regulations of the Party, state laws, internal regulations of the unit.

Weakness:

– Due to the new establishment, the cell faces difficulties in direction and organization, has not fully grasped the admission process, engaged new party members, as well as the reporting work is still delayed and insufficient.
