Tan Thanh Company won an award at the 2015 Vietnamese Cuisine Culture Competition

Supporting the 7th worker month in 2015, the festival of workers, officers and employees and to celebrate the family day of Vietnam, on Sunday, June 28th, 2015, at the children's building in Thu Duc district, the Trade Union of the District held the Vietnamese Cuisine Culture Competition.

The Vietnamese Cuisine Culture Competition was organized quite professionally with the participation of many enterprises, schools, state agencies, self-governing workers groups of wards... in Thu Duc district such as Tan Thanh, Sam Sung, CoCaCoLa, Vina Toyo, Thu Duc Agricultural Market, Sanofi - Synthelabo VN, Van Thanh Garment Company, Thu Duc Public Service, Thu Duc District People's Control Institute, Tam Binh Primary School, Binh Quoi Primary School, Truong Van Hai Primary School, Hiep Binh Junior High School, Binh Tho Secondary School, Nguyen Van Ba Secondary School, Thai Van Lung Secondary School ... The stalls were decorated with beauty, unique and many different specialties and cuisine of regions across the country.

This year, Tan Thanh Company chose a pork-brain soup with pork and soybean milk to compete in the competition.

The crab soup sounds simple, but the preparation and cooking to make this crab soup good takes a lot of time. Just like the past few years until now, Ms. Thu, an employee of Tan Thanh Company, was the main chef of Tan Thanh's booth.

Many booths also sell crab soup but no booth is as attracted as Tan Thanh’s. Because Tan Thanh crab soup was greatly invested in with its ingredients including: crab, pig brain, pharynx, eggs, old eggs, snow mushrooms, ... Therefore, the booth had to close after just approximately 1 hour because of "out of stock for sale".

To end off, Tan Thanh Company excellently won the consolation prize in the 2015 Vietnamese Cuisine Culture Competition. In 2014, Tan Thanh company won the first prize with Bo Kho dish with the theme "Cuisine of 3 regions ". Through this competition, companies, enterprises, state agencies, schools, ... in Thu Duc district can exchange, discuss, learn, play and enjoy delicious food.

The consolation prize achievers in the competition

In this 7th worker month of 2015, Tan Thanh company won many awards: First prize in Karaoke competition, third prize in volleyball competition, consolation prize of the cuisine competition. These activities were organized by the Thu Duc district labor federation to create a useful playground for the officers and employees in the area of Thu Duc district.
