On last 28 August Tan Thanh honour receive customer satisfaction excellence CSI – customer satisfaction index from Global Trade Alliance.
CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index – CSI) is a customer satisfaction index, developed based on international standards, for companies committed to better fulfill customer expectations.
CSI standard applied in the enterprise include procedures for conducting surveys and measuring satisfaction, satisfaction towards customers loyalty to industries, enterprises in many countries developed in the world.
The CSI standard is a comprehensive assessment of your organization’s after-sales service delivery process to help organizations meet customer satisfaction requirements and enhance their reputation of the organization.
