Container Shell
- The container shell is made of used steel, with cargo capacity according to international standards.
Container Floor
- Made of 3cm thick solid wood, with a 1mm thick tole layer on top.
Manufacturing Details
- The top longitudinal beam is reinforced with 6mm steel, shaped for added stability.
- Side wall braces are made of U160x50x8mm steel, roof braces use U60x50x5mm steel, and roof reinforcement is U150x6mm steel.
- The tarpaulin frame is made of F27 steel pipes, 1.8mm thick.
- The top doors are welded shut, while the middle doors use "tôm tail" (clam shell) locks.
- A ladder to the container roof is installed at the end wall for easy access.
