Tan Thanh started - KCT project
On October 21, 2017, Tan Thanh kicked off the implementation of the ERP-KCT project, which is an enterprise human resource management and planning software. It is known that this is an important project in the development strategy of Tan Thanh company in the upcoming time. FPT was selected as the partner to implement this project and the execution of this project shall last for 1 year, from the start-up date.
ERP stands for Enterprise resource planning software, corporate governance software solutions (finance, human resources, production, supply chain management ...), the product of SAP joint stock company, which is the largest software company in Europe having its headquartered in Walldorf.
The role of ERP KCT to the development of Tan Thanh?
Control customer information:
- Centralize data in one place, all employees in the company can access and view customer information.
- Speed up the production and supply of goods and services: ERP can serve as a tool to automate part or all of the production process, from material preparation to completion of product, input output management, packaging and other aspects.
- Quality control, project management: ERP helps the enterprise check and track the consistency in product quality, and also make plan and allocate human resources appropriately according to project needs.
- Controlling financial information: ERP aggregates everything financially in one place and single-instance metrics, limiting negatives as well as manager's misjudgments about the enterprise performance. ERP can also help generate financial reports according to international standards such as IFRS, GAAP.
- Inventory control: ERP helps to control how many stocks are in stock, where the goods are located, and how much raw materials are left. This helps the company reduce the materials they store in stock.
- Standardize operations on personnel: Thanks to ERP, HR Department can closely track working hours, leaving time, and volume of work that each employee has done.
- Communication, socializing the communication in the company: Be useful in communicating among employees from different departments.
