After a period of serious preparation, as per the approval of the Enterprise Party Committee, on February 11, 2020, the Party Cell of Tan Thanh Trading and Mechanic Corporation held the third Party Cell Congress for the term of 2020-2022. The congress aimed to review and evaluate the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Cell for the 2017-2022 term. On that basis, the Party Cell set out directions, objectives and tasks for the new term, elect the Party Cells leaders and organize the implementation of the resolutions of the congress and elect delegates to attend the Congress of the Enterprise Party Committee for the term of 2020 - 2025.

Implementing Plan No. 215-KH/QU dated November 21, 2019 of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; Plan No. 45-KH/DUDN dated November 22, 2019 of the Enterprises Party Committee on the preparation and implementation of the Party's Congress for the term of 2020 -2022; Party Committee for term of 2020 -2025, after a period of serious preparation, with a sense of responsibility at the senior level for the 2017-2020 term, on January 11, 2020, the 3rd Party Cell of Tan Thanh Mechanic and Trading Corporation, for the term of 2020-2022, officially opened with the participation of 12 party members.

The task set for this Congress was to renew the leadership direction of the Party in order to create a qualitative transition in building the Party cell and Party committee, completing the assigned political tasks. At the same time, the Party Cell also had to complete another important task, i.e. to elect the new Party Committee and to attend the Congress of the Enterprises Party Committee.

The Congress elected new party committee with the criteria of qualification, (with reasonable quantity and structure, inheritance and development) and elected delegates to attend the Congress of the Business Party Committee including typical comrades for the Party cell in terms of political qualities, lifestyle ethics, capacity, prestige and good health to ensure the successful implementation of the resolutions of the cell, the resolutions of the superior Party and contribute to the success of the congress of the Enterprises Party Committee. This Party Cell Congress is also an important premise contributing to the completion of the leadership tasks of the Party Cells to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress of the term of 2020-2022.

On the basis of thoroughly grasping the Party's viewpoints, undertakings and lines as well as the contents of the Party Cell congress directive content, the congress discussed and agreed to pass the report on the implementation of the congress resolution.
