In the morning of September 27, 2013, at the office of Tan Thanh Company, a ceremony to announce the Decision to Establish the Party Cell of Tan Thanh Mechanic and Trading Corporation took place. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Truong Van Thong - Secretary of the Thu Duc District Party Committee, Mr. Dang Nguyen Thanh Minh, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Mr. Le Ngoc Thanh, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Mr. Tran Thi Hanh Vice President of Thu Duc District People's Committee and representatives of Party committees and local authorities.

Opening the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Enterprises Party Committee, announced the decision to establish the Party Cell of Tan Thanh Mechanic and Trading Corporation and decided to appoint Mr. Kieu Cong Thanh to hold the position of Secretary. The establishment of the Party cell was based on Directive No. 10-CT/TU dated January 18, 2013 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee on continuing to promote the development of Party organizations, political and social unions in the non-state enterprises, non-public units.

Over the past 19 years, from a small mechanical factory, Tan Thanh Company has become a leading enterprise in Vietnam in the field of containers, semi-trailers and transportation services. Tan Thanh's office container is highly appreciated by the construction contractor and used on key national projects. Meanwhile, semi-trailer products accompanying enterprises contribute positively to goods circulation, connecting regions. From certain successes in the domestic market, Tan Thanh has exported the first products to France, Australia, Arab, Cambodia, Myanmar ...

Currently, Tan Thanh Company facilitates stable jobs for more than 500 employees with an average income of more than VND5,000,000/person. During the operation of the company, the company has always obeyed the Party's undertakings and guidelines and the State's legal policies; well taken care of the workers' lives and actively participated in social activities for the community in the district and other provinces. The work of the Unions has achieved many good achievements, the grassroots Trade Union for many consecutive years received the certificate of merit of the strong grassroots trade union. From 2011 up to now, there have been 3 outstanding union members to be admitted to the Party and the Party cell is considering to admit 03 Party sentiments. With its efforts and positive contributions to the economy and society, it is honored to receive many noble certificates of merit and titles: Top 200 Vietnam Gold Star Awards 2013, got the merit for good implementation of the Tax Policy issued by the Ministry of Finance and the Department of Taxation for 03 consecutive years, ISO 9001: 2008 Certificate issued by Quacert in 2011 ...

Also at the ceremony, the new Party Secretary, Mr. Kieu Cong Thanh approved the program for the term 2013 - 2015. The main mission in the new term is to do well the role of a political nucleus, first of all to pay attention, do well the work of political and ideological education for Party members, workers and employees in the unit; to promptly disseminate information on the Party's resolutions and policies, the State's legal policies to cadres, party members and employees. At the same time, it needs to continue to promote the core role of the Party members, must be an exemplary example, well demonstrate the sense of responsibility and sense of self-discipline in observing the Party's guidelines and legal policies, laws of the State, internal rules and regulations of the company; closely associated with the implementation of the campaign "Study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".

In the production and business activities, the Party Cell will lead the company to develop in a sustainable and efficient direction, actively contribute to the local budget, create stable jobs, and continuously improve living conditions, substance and spirit for employees; practice thrift, prevent corruption, waste, negativity in all forms. The Party Cell shall lead all aspects of the trade union's movement, develop a contingent of new Party members to constantly strengthen the organizational apparatus.
