On April 12, 2015, Tan Thanh Company held the 2015 Labor Conference, at the Hall of the Fatherland Front, No. 36 Doan Ket Street, Binh Tho Ward, Thu Duc District.

Attending the conference, there were representatives of the district People's Committee, the labor federation, leaders of Tan Thanh company and employees of Tan Thanh company.

With the coordination of the Trade Union Executive Committee, Tan Thanh Company held the 2015 Labor Conference to review the implementation of production and business plans of Tan Thanh company in 2014 and review, and learn from the work that had been done and not yet done in the implementation of the policies and regimes directly related to the interests and obligations of employees.

– Officials and employees representing all employees of Tan Thanh company.

To open the 2015 Labor Conference, there was a performance performed by the entertainment team of Tan Thanh company.

The 2015 Labor Conference focused on evaluating the implementation results of the 2014 collective labor agreement, approving the draft of the 2015 collective labor agreement and setting out the business plan targets, directions and main duties in 2015.

Tan Thanh company's conference chairman answered questions of the employees of Tan Thanh company, and unified the discussions, comments of employees.

Presidium of Tan Thanh

The representatives of Tan Thanh company and the presidium discussed enthusiastically with a high sense of responsibility, gave opinions, suggestions, and solutions to well perform business tasks in 2015.

The 2015 Labor Conference approved the reports on the production and business of Tan Thanh company in 2014 and the production and business orientation in 2015.

The report of the Trade Union Executive Committee on the implementation of policies directly related to the rights and obligations of employees of Tan Thanh company was declared.

The 2015 Labor Conference also praised and rewarded individuals who had contributed for 10 years and 20 years to the development of the company and excellent individuals in 2014.

Mr. Tran Van Hung_The Trade Union’s President of Tan Thanh company has contributed to the development of Tan Thanh Mechanical Trading Joint Stock Company for over 20 years (1995-2015). Commended and rewarded two employees, including Mr. Nguyen Chi Hung and Mr. Vu Duc Thuan, for their contributions to the development of Tan Thanh Freight Forwarding Joint Stock Company over the past 10 years (2005-2015).

Commended 5 employees, including Mr. Vo Xuan Toan, Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Mr. Vo Van Minh, Mr. Nguyen Van Trang, and Mr. Luong Minh Dung for their contributions to the development of Tan Mechanic and Trading Corporation for the past 20 years (2005-2015).
