WARRANTY TERMS

1. CONTAINER FRAME:

• Container shell (panels, roof, posts, beams, etc.): 24-month warranty.
• Doors, windows, window frames: 24-month warranty.
• Exterior paint on panels and roof: 12-month warranty.

2. INTERIOR:

• Ceiling and floor panels: 12-month warranty.

3. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:

• Electrical devices (circuit breakers, exhaust fans, sockets, switches, etc.): 12-month warranty.
• Air conditioning: Regular maintenance every 2 months for 12 months. Warranty as per the supplier's policy. Customers are requested to contact the supplier directly.

4. TOILET FACILITIES:

• Toilet fixtures (toilet bowl, lavabo, shower head, bidet spray, romine, mirror, water tank): 12-month warranty.

5. FREE WARRANTY AND REPAIR:

• Products within the valid warranty period.
• Damage due to manufacturer's technical faults.

6. CHARGED WARRANTY AND REPAIR:

• Container out of warranty period.
• Natural wear and tear during use, damage due to chemicals, environment (rust, corrosion, etc.).
• External damage like lifting errors, accidents (rollover, fall, collision, etc.).
• Damage due to natural disasters, theft, etc.
• Damage due to improper self-repair (signs of tampering), using non-genuine parts, structural modifications.
